Other info: Oki, hehe, here's my april attempt. This time it's a self portrait....a cheezy one too. What bugs me the most is that the scan is so terrible, especially on this one :( Because I did this one fairly rough, as I finally felt that I started getting a bit of control with the brush strokes. But, on this scan it just looks muddy clumsy (well, it's a bit of that, hehe, but not as much as it looks like). Actually, I also wanted to understand a bit more about how the colors blend wih oils, so I did this one with only two colors (alizarin crimson and yellow ochre) and of of course black and white. Anyway, it's time to start a new one. This time I think I will try to do one from outside realife, since the temperature here is getting better.
